ASUS Global CEO Jerry Shen led the introduction of the latest premium product innovations from ASUS.
Shen unveiled the ZenFone 3 Max and ZenFone 3 Laser while ASUS Philippines Systems Group Country Manager, George Su unveiled the new ASUS ZenBook 3 notebook, Transformer 3, and Transformer 3 Pro 2-in-1 PCs.
“The highly anticipated ZenFone 3 series has become a global sensation after its debut at Computex this year. We deeply appreciate the loyalty and continued support from all our dealers, media partners and consumers in the Philippines,” Shen said.
The ZenFone 3 features front and rear 2.5D Gorilla glass, 16MP Sony IMX 298 camera with 0.03s Tritech Auto-Focus (4-Axis optical image stabilizer (OIS) 3-Axis electronic image stabilizer (EIS) for videos), and 14nm s625 2.0GHz processor designed for 35% more power saving, 4GB RAM, and 64GB ROM. The 5.2″ unit is priced at PHP16,995 while the 5.5″ unit is priced at 18,995.
The ZenFone 3 Deluxe, priced at PHP34,995, features the world’s first invisible antenna design, S820 2.15GHz processor, 6GB RAM, 64GB UFS2.0 ROM, 23MP Sony IMX 318 camera with 0.03s Tritech AF OIS and 3-Axis EIS, Super AMOLED with Tru2Life, and Quick Charge 3.0.
The ZenFone 3 Deluxe Special Edition with world’s first S821 2.4GHz processor, 6GB RAM, and 256GB UFS2.0 ROM is priced at PHP44,995.
The ZenFone 3 Ultra, priced at PHP32,995, features 4GB RAM, and 64GB ROM, all-metal unibody with invisible antenna design, True2Life+ with 4K TV-grade image processor, dual 5-magnet stereo speakers, world’s first Hi-Resolution audio + DTS headphone, and 23MP Sony IMX 318 camera with 0.03s Tritech AF OIS and 3-Axis EIS.
The entry-level ZenFone 3 Max, priced at PHP8,995, features 3GB RAM, 32GB ROM, metal body design with 2.5D arc glass, 5.2″ IPS display, 4100mAh designed for 30-day stand by, power bank mode for reverse charging, and 0.3 s fingerprint unlock.
The Zenfone 3 Laser, priced at PHP11,995, features 0.03s laser auto-focus, metal body design with 2.5D arc glass, 5.5″ FHD display, 13MP Sony IMX214 camera with Pixelmaster 3.0 and Color Correction Sensor, 0.03s 2nd generation laser auto-focus, EIS blur-free video recording, and 0.3 s fingerprint unlock.
The ZenBook 3 available in Royal Blue, Rose Gold, and Quartz Grey colors, priced at PHP79,995, features ultra-thin 11.9mm profile and Intel Core i7 processor, 16GB LPDDR3 RAM, 512GB M.2 SSD, and USB Type-C port.
The Transformer 3, price at PHP49,995, features Intel Core M processor, 4GB LPDDR3, 128GB M.2 SSD expandable up to 1TB PCIe x4 ultra-fast SSD, 12.6″ WQHD+ 2880×1920 300NTS Touch, Intel Thunderbolt 3, USB 3.0 and HDMI ports, reversible USB-C connector that supports USB 3.1 Gen 2 devices at speeds up to 10Gbps, and ASUS Pen.
The Transformer 3 Pro, priced at Pro PHP69,995, features Intel Core i5 2.3gHz processor, 8GB LPDDR3, 512GB M.2 SSD, 12.6″ WQHD+ 2880×1920 300NTS Touch, Intel Thunderbolt 3, sleeve keyboard and ASUS Pen.
Optional accessories for the Transformer 3 series include the ASUS Universal Dock, ASUS Audio Pod, and the VR/4K UHD-ready ROG XG Station 2.
The company said in a statement that the newly launched products will be available in ASUS concept stores and kiosks nationwide.
